Made in the U.S.A
Contrary to popular opinion, manufacturing jobs are on the increase in the United States due in large part to new production methods and energy efficient factories that make "Made in the USA" a reality once again. The American Auto making industry has added tens of thousands of jobs since 2008. That said, more cars (and more jobs) are being produced in the United States thanks to energy efficient production facilities, like the one in Lake Orion, MI where 2,000 employees work in a remodeled assembly plant that has reduced its is coal-burning by 50 percent.
We have video and soundbites detailing how this particular plant works and how they've engineered a "green" painting process reducing the amount of CO2 emissions by 100 percent.
